  11. Sir, whatever u have mentioned is true. But practically speaking no agent is ready to associate with another and try to close the deal. This is my own experience. I have posted 4-5 ads till now no body has responded.i observed that there were many views of the ad.and based on that I tried to contact them and sent the details.but there was no response.i feel that each agent gives the ad and want to close by himself.i may be wrong, but this is my experience. I want to sell my own property and found no use. Sorry to say this.
